When you revoke a license from the admin dashboard, the device loses access within 24 hours. The license can be restored to "Unused" status and reactivated on a new device if needed.

No. Once a license is activated on a device, it is permanently bound to that device's ID. This is a security measure to prevent license sharing. If you need to move a license, contact support.
